I. Job Summary

This intermediate level position is part of a team responsible for the configuration and support of software applications (e.g. ERP Oracle Cloud, Blackline, OneStream, etc.) through strong business partnership, quality insights and exceptional customer service. As part of the Finance Support team, this role provides basic technical and analytical support delivering Finance processes. He/she will need to challenge existing solutions and lead the team in enhancing systems with an emphasis on user experience, simplification, automation, performance, and standardization. With experienced team members, may provide input for delivering Finance processes. .

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitors Finance systems, open cases and reviews current processes to troubleshoot application related issues and answers system related questions

  • Responsible for supporting releases, upgrades, patches, and configuration across the assigned ERP Oracle Cloud module(s)/Finance application(s) including Lease Accelerator, OneStream, Hyperion, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, OneSource

  • Experience with queries/extracts and reports and supporting integrations.

  • Database queries/extracts using calculations, formulas, and complex commands(SQL and PL/SQL)

  • Extensive experience evaluating requirements and specs for development, testing and deployment

  • Experience in Developing BI Reports and OTBI reports (mandatory)

  • Experience in performance tuning of Reports

  • Experience in any of the integration tools Mulesoft,Matillin

  • Executes unit, integration and acceptance testin. Working with the functional team, provides screen shots and system steps for testing and change management

  • May be responsible for configuring and delivering basic reports and queries utilizing delivered software. Follows established data governance

IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience: 5-7 years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement).

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

  • None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

  • Hands on configuration of application(s), and supporting releases, patches, upgrades and/or enhancements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

  • Must be available to work standard business hours, as well as be available to work non-standard hours in case of emergency (natural disasters, power outages, etc.). May need to attend after hours calls with the offshore team.
