WM FP&A Analyst - Gurgaon in Gurugram, India

Under supervision audit and reconcile vendor invoices

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department.

  • Prepare & analyze financial data/Reports and provide Budgeting & forecasting support.

  • Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.

  • Escalates any financial issues to management.

  • Meet and tracks all the key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.

  • Presents monthly reports & Recommends Key Insights & strategies for increasing financial performance.

  • Business partnering; Collaborates with stakeholders and senior members of the accounting & finance teams.

  • Tagging and un-tagging of Revenue into the system to ensure the accurate reporting.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies to optimize financial performance.

  • Assist with optimization and automation efforts to make FP&A team more efficient & productive.

  • Work collaboratively with other leaders across the company to drive growth.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks/analysis in a variety of areas.

III. Qualifications

  • The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education/Experience

  • Education: B.Com, M.com or equivalent degree(accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited), and four (4) years of relevant work experience

  • Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience in the field of Audit, Accounts & Finance (in addition to education requirements)

B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

  • Strong analytical and modelling skills

  • Strong Power BI

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to create, develop and present PowerPoint presentations.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
